A. Product Information: We strive to display the colours, textures, and specifications of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to limitations of digital displays, actual colours may vary. Product descriptions are subject to change. Technical data sheets provide the definitive specifications.

B. Sample Requests: We provide samples for informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee of colour, texture, or performance for an entire production batch. Samples remain the property of Vogue Carpets BV and are provided free of charge, though we may charge for shipping.

C. Quotations and Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. A quotation is not a binding offer. A contract between us (“Sale”) is only formed when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

D. Pricing: Prices are shown in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have sent an order confirmation.

E. Delivery: Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
